Shipping & Returns
We are observing that the USPS is extraordinarily busy right now, further burdened with restrictions on what they can and cannot do. Their usual excellent services have been curtailed! NORMAL SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES
Shipping fees are determined by the method/carrier you choose and are calculated and displayed at checkout. You will pay the carrier’s rate plus a $2.35 handling fee.

- USPS Priority Mail – 1-3 days with full tracking services*
- USPS Priority Mail Express – 1-2 days with full tracking services*
- UPS 2nd Day Air® - by the end of the second business day*
- UPS 3 Day Select® - by the end of the third business day*
- UPS® Ground – 2-5 business days*
- UPS® Standard – 4-6 business days*

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Waldorf Publications encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Waldorf Publications at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
PARCELS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit please contact customer service for next steps.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at publications@waldorf-research.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, package the item securely with the return authorization number, and mail your return per customer service email instructions.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
